To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please contact fanersho@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, please send us a photo and we’ll process a free replacement or a full refund immediately.

Please note that sale items, limited-time offers, and used products are non-refundable unless defective.
